UX/UI Designer

What you'll do:

• Design end-to-end user experiences from wireframes to polished, high-fidelity prototypes
• Develop interactive, responsive web components and animations using Framer
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders in a fast-paced on-site environment
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and iterate on designs
• Maintain our design system and ensure design consistency across platforms

Essential Skills:

• Proficient in Figma for UI design and collaborative prototyping
• Strong Framer skills including both design and web development capabilities (building production-ready interactive components)
• Experienced with Adobe Creative Suite tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
• Familiarity with AI-powered design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Sensei)
• Web development basics such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript helpful in Framer context
• Strong knowledge of design principles, responsive layouts, and accessibility
