The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with user-centered design principles, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements. Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas. Conduct user research, usability testing , and gather feedback to refine design solutions. Develop high-fidelity UI designs using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. Ensure design consistency across web and mobile platforms. Contribute to and maintain design systems and component libraries . Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices . Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field (preferred, not mandatory). 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, or Illustrator . Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (a plus). Strong understanding of UX research and usability principles . Excellent communication and problem-solving skills . Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Preferred (Good to Have): Experience working with design systems and component libraries. Familiarity with Miro, Zeplin, or InVision . Understanding of motion design and microinteractions . Experience in Agile/Scrum environments .
