UX/UI Designer

UI/UX Designer (3-5 Years Experience)

Location: Trichy, Tamil Nadu( Onsite Only)

Job Summary:

Techzarinfo is looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to enhance the design and user experience of our web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with user-centered design principles, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements.
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to refine design solutions.
• Develop high-fidelity UI designs using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Ensure design consistency across web and mobile platforms.
• Contribute to and maintain design systems and component libraries.
• Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field (preferred, not mandatory).
• 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (a plus).
• Strong understanding of UX research and usability principles.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred (Good to Have):

• Experience working with design systems and component libraries.
• Familiarity with Miro, Zeplin, or InVision.
• Understanding of motion design and microinteractions.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
