About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to craft intuitive, visually stunning, and impactful digital experiences for web and mobile platforms.
The ideal candidate should have strong visual design sensibility, user empathy, and the ability to convert brand strategy into seamless user journeys.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user interfaces for websites, apps, and digital platforms with a focus on usability and aesthetics.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and mockups that effectively communicate design ideas.
• Collaborate with strategists, developers, and creative directors to bring digital concepts to life.
• Ensure design consistency and alignment with brand identity across all touchpoints.
• Conduct user experience research, gather feedback, and iterate designs accordingly.
• Stay updated with UI/UX trends, design systems, accessibility, and emerging tools.
• Deliver pixel-perfect final designs ready for handoff to developers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in UI/UX design
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of design principles, responsive layouts, and interaction design.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or front-end workflows (a plus, not mandatory).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A strong design portfolio showcasing UX case studies and UI designs.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing for e-commerce, SaaS, or marketing websites.
• Familiarity with motion design or micro-interactions.
• Understanding of user testing and analytics tools.
• Ability to create and manage design systems and style guides.
