UX/UI Designer

You have a great opportunity to join Actualisation as a UX/UI Designer in Mohali. As a UX/UI Designer at Actualisation, you will play a key role in creating elegant and user-centered designs for various digital platforms. Collaboration with development and marketing teams is crucial to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality. Your responsibilities will include designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications, conducting user research, creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups, collaborating with development teams, iterating on designs based on feedback, and staying updated on industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design. To excel in this role, you should have proficiency in design tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar, a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, excellent visual design skills, the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, and strong communication skills to present and justify design decisions. Preferred skills include experience with front-end development, knowledge of usability principles and techniques, and a portfolio showcasing relevant design projects and processes.
