UX/UI Designer

As a Senior UX Designer, you will be responsible for swiftly translating intricate product requirements into user-friendly designs. You will collaborate with diverse teams to significantly enhance user satisfaction and business success by providing intuitive and scalable design solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include leading the UX process for assigned projects, starting from conceptualization to delivery. You will craft wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity screens utilizing tools like Figma. Additionally, you will create interactive demos and UX walkthrough videos for stakeholders, as well as develop clear and compelling presentations and visual storytelling using Canva and Figmas presentation features. Conducting user research, usability testing, and integrating feedback iteratively will be crucial parts of your role. You will advocate for the user's needs while also considering business and technical constraints. Collaboration with developers to ensure precise implementation and providing support to marketing for branding and visual consistency will also be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should possess 2 - 4 years of UX/UI design experience with a strong foundation in visual and interaction design. Proficiency in tools like Figma, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite is essential. Excellent communication skills, especially in presenting and creating demo videos, are required. A solid grasp of design systems, mobile-first design, and accessibility standards is necessary, along with experience in designing dashboards/admin panels and chatbots. Your portfolio should demonstrate detailed case studies showcasing your UX strategy and execution, along with familiarity with design systems, mobile/web guidelines (iOS/Android), and accessibility best practices. Having experience in AI-driven product interfaces or data-heavy applications, motion design, and micro-interactions is considered a plus. Possessing a Bachelor's/Masters degree or equivalent experience in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field is advantageous. Ability to design high-converting social media posts and ad creatives will be an added benefit. Any experience with UX tools for research or possessing UX certifications or workshop facilitation experience is optional for this role.,
