We’re looking for a creative UX/UI designer to craft engaging, user-friendly digital experiences. The ideal candidate will transform user insights and business requirements into intuitive designs that delight users and drive results. Key Responsibilities: Conduct user research, create personas, and map customer journeys. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. Collaborate closely with developers and marketing teams to ensure seamless implementation. Maintain brand consistency and design standards across all digital touchpoints. Continuously test and improve UI/UX based on user feedback and analytics. Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies. Requirements: A bachelor's degree in design, computer science, or a related field is required. Proven experience as a UX/UI designer or similar role. Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Illustrator . Strong understanding of responsive design, usability, and accessibility principles . Ability to translate business goals into effective design solutions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Portfolio showcasing UX process and visual design skills. Additional Skills: Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles. Experience in motion design or micro-interactions is also a plus.
