UX/UI Designer

As a UI/UX Designer with 1 year of experience, you will be an integral part of our design team, contributing your creativity and attention to detail. Your role will involve understanding user-centered design principles and leveraging design tools to create engaging and intuitive user interfaces for both web and mobile applications. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to grasp user needs and design objectives. - Generate wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs. - Conduct user research and usability testing to optimize the user experience. - Maintain brand identity consistency and design systems across various platforms. - Transform intricate concepts into visually appealing and user-friendly designs. - Coordinate closely with the development team to ensure precise implementation. - Keep abreast of the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, and best practices. Required Skills: - Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator. - Sound knowledge of UX principles, Design systems, and responsive design. - Experience in designing for web and mobile platforms. - Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is advantageous. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. - A robust portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and design thinking. In addition, the company requires a Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). This position is available as both a full-time role and an internship, with the work location being in person.,
