UX/UI Designer

Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 0–1 years of experience to join our design team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, proficiency in design tools, and the ability to translate requirements into engaging and intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and design goals.

* Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.

* Conduct user research and usability testing to enhance the user experience.

* Ensure consistency of brand identity and design systems across all platforms.

* Translate complex ideas into visually appealing and user-friendly designs.

* Work closely with the development team to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.

* Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, and best practices.

Required Skills:

* Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

* Strong understanding of UX principles, Design systems, and responsive design.

* Experience in designing for web and mobile platforms.

* Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

* A strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX projects and design thinking.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Pay: ₹9,803.32 - ₹35,407.94 per month
