Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and passionate UX/UI Designer with strong expertise in Webflow to join our dynamic team. This unique hybrid role requires a creative thinker who can drive the user experience and interface design for our core Fintech product while also taking full ownership of our public-facing websites built on Webflow. The ideal candidate is proficient in both disciplines, capable of creating intuitive, user-centric product designs in Figma and building complex, pixel-perfect, and highly interactive websites in Webflow. You will be instrumental in shaping our digital presence and ensuring a seamless, engaging experience for our users across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
UX/UI Designer (40%)
- Own and manage the end-to-end design process for new product features, from initial concept and user research to high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.
- Translate complex financial concepts and data into simple, intuitive, and accessible user interfaces.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions and create data-driven user personas and journey maps.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system in Figma to ensure consistency and scalability across the product.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices throughout the organization.
Webflow Development & Management (60%)
- Design, build, manage, and continuously optimize our company websites using Webflow, ensuring exceptional performance, responsiveness, and user experience.
- Architect and implement complex, scalable, and reusable component structures and layouts within Webflow.
- Manage and structure Webflow's CMS for various content types, ensuring ease of use for marketing and content teams.
- Implement custom interactions, animations, and transitions to create engaging and dynamic web experiences.
- Integrate third-party tools and services into our Webflow sites as needed.
- Conduct regular site audits for performance, accessibility, and SEO, implementing improvements to enhance site health and visibility.
- Serve as the in-house Webflow subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to the team.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3+ years of professional, hands-on experience developing and managing complex websites in
Webflow
. - A strong portfolio showcasing Webflow projects that demonstrate expertise in building complex component structures, dynamic content, and sophisticated interactions.
- 2+ years of professional experience in
UX/UI design
for digital products (web or mobile applications). - An impressive portfolio that highlights your UX process, problem-solving skills, and visual design talent.
- Expert-level proficiency with
Figma
, including components, auto-layout, prototyping, and design systems. - A deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Solid understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale.
