UX/UI Designer

Job Description

JD We’re looking for a highly skilled UX/UI Designer to lead the design and user experience efforts across our digital products. This role requires a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, a strong aesthetic sense, and the ability to turn complex problems into elegant, intuitive solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver best-in-class user experiences. Key Responsibilities: Lead the UX/UI design process from concept to final implementation. Translate product requirements and user research into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Conduct and analyze user research, usability testing, and feedback loops. Design intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile platforms. Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and scalability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to ensure seamless user experiences. Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of design excellence. Required Skills & Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a portfolio showcasing strong design thinking and execution. Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and other design/prototyping software. Strong understanding of responsive design, mobile-first principles, and accessibility standards (WCAG). Experience conducting user research and usability testing. Solid understanding of frontend development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus). Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. Nice to Have: Experience in a startup or fast-paced tech environment. Familiarity with motion design or micro-interactions.
