What You Will Be Doing
Provide UX design guidance on all design projects.Provide concept analysis and offer insights aimed at improving enterprise UI and maximizing digital product potential.Courteously decline the status quo and compel both teammates and stakeholders outside their comfort zones.Do most of your work proactively, using professional judgment to maintain the day-to-day details of your team’s projects – but be able to present your team’s work meaningfully to senior authority.

What we are looking for from you:
Have strong communication with an aptitude to deliver compelling design rationalesKnow how to prioritize based on immediate and long-term prioritiesTrained in industry tools such as Figma or Adobe Creative SuiteExperience contributing to proposals in ideation and concept design`

Enthusiastically embrace critique and feedbackExperience of working with user groups or customers to capture and prioritize their needs.Attention to detail and qualityA background in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, or other HR/business related fields
