UX Designer

The UX Developer is responsible for influencing how users engage with the company's products and services through the application of user-centered design principles. This position requires the integration of user research, design thinking, and prototyping abilities to create user experiences that are both intuitive and compelling, ensuring alignment with user requirements and business objectives. To fulfill the role successfully, you will be expected to: - Conduct user research and design user experiences. In the capacity of User Research & Discovery, you will be involved in planning and executing user interviews, surveys, contextual inquiries, and usability testing to gain insights into user needs, behaviors, and pain points. You will then analyze and synthesize these research findings, pinpointing behavioral patterns, usability shortcomings, and opportunities for enhancement throughout user journeys. Furthermore, you will be responsible for creating UX artifacts such as user personas, journey maps, empathy maps, and task flows, which will serve as foundational elements to guide product and design decisions. Your role will also encompass the development of wireframes and prototypes, ranging from low to high fidelity, utilizing tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision to visually communicate design concepts and interactions. Collaboration with UI developers is crucial to ensure seamless translation of UX designs into implementation through HTML, CSS, and JS. By conducting usability and A/B testing, you will validate design assumptions and iterate on solutions based on user feedback and performance metrics. As a strong advocate for user-centric design, you will champion a user-first mindset across all product stages, emphasizing accessibility, simplicity, and consistency in interface design. Moreover, your responsibilities will extend to designing user experiences tailored for cloud-based environments, encompassing platform dashboards, service configurations, and intricate system interactions. It is essential that you possess: - Proven expertise in UX research, design, and prototyping for web and cloud-based applications. - Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision, along with familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for effective collaboration with development teams. - Strong analytical capabilities to interpret user data and utilize A/B testing and usability metrics to support design decisions. - Excellent communication skills to articulate user needs and design rationale effectively to diverse stakeholders. - Knowledge of cloud computing concepts and the ability to design intuitive workflows for technically complex products would be advantageous.
