UX Designer

Introduction

Your Role And Responsibilities

• You’ll be responsible for project engagements, including deliverables such as concepts, wireframe, interactive prototypes, and specifications.
• Craft user experiences alongside key product stakeholders to understand and support product business goals, advocate user-centered design industry best practices, and effectively manage design resources.
• Translate business requirements to end-user needs and create differentiated design solutions.
• Lead teams in design thinking, agile methodologies, and mentor junior designers.
• You’ll be working with a highly motivated and skilled design team passionate about the outcomes they design and deliver to our users.
  

Preferred Education

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• At least 10 years of experience in solving complex user problems through user interface design, creating mock-ups and prototypes, as well as documenting interaction patterns for product UIs.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Design (interaction, user experience or HCI), or equivalent professional experience.
• Excellent listening, written, verbal communication skills, storytelling, and documentation skills.
• Analytical, creative, and strategic thinker – able to develop innovative solutions to business problems.
• A portfolio of previous work must be presented incorporating UI designs and/or sketches demonstrating an understanding of wireframing, interaction design, and design best practices.
• Hands-on expertise in use case development, storyboarding, mock-ups, and highly interactive prototypes.
• Expertise in collaborating with user research.
• Successful track record leading interdisciplinary teams, handing multiple design projects.
  

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

• Master’s Degree in Design (interaction, user experience or HCI) or related field.
• Experience designing for complex systems.
