Role Description

We are seeking a talented Junior Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will contribute to creating user-friendly designs that enhance the customer experience of our AI-driven platform. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and marketers to deliver intuitive interfaces that simplify holiday planning for users worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows to visualize design concepts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement features for web and mobile applications.
• Promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards across the platform.
• Assist in iterating designs based on feedback from stakeholders and user testing.
• Define the visual identity of the brand based on user feedback and needs
• Develop and maintain consistency in UI elements while ensuring alignment with the company’s branding.

Qualifications

• Fresh Grad from a reputed design school / 2-3 years of work experience.
• Strong handle on design fundamentals as they will be working on digital as well as analog surfaces
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills. They will working on multiple tasks across teams
• Adapt to fast paced environment but solve for systems rather than for the short term
