- Responsibilities: Design and develop web and mobile applications that deliver compelling, seamless customer experiences

Create high-level storyboards, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction concepts

Ensure consistent, efficient, and enjoyable UX design across products

Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and researchers to build new products and features, as well as enhance existing ones

Translate customer insights into intuitive, user-centered designs, crafting a clear and engaging narrative around them

Commission and participate in user research and testing, analyzing findings to inform design decisions

Work with stakeholders to understand and define customer value
- Requirements: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role

Proven expertise in creating and applying personas, customer journey maps (CJMs), mind maps, low- and high-fidelity wireframes, and interactive prototypes

Proficiency with graphic design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Axure, Adobe Creative Suite, and others

Strong visual design skills

Knowledge of both qualitative and quantitative user testing methodologies

Experience working effectively in a team environment

Ability to clearly present and justify UI/UX design decisions

A portfolio showcasing the above skills

Strong communication skills, with an English level of B2 or higher
