About the Job
We are looking for a user-obsessed UX Designer who thrives on solving complex problems through thoughtful design. You will partner closely with Product Managers and stakeholders to create intuitive and elegant experiences that drive user and business outcomes. This is a hands-on role where you’ll shape the UX for our contact center solutions.
As a UX Designer, You Will…
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define user problems, goals, and success metrics.
- Deeply understand and translate user needs into clear, outcome-oriented user journeys.
- Conduct and synthesize user research, usability testing, and feedback loops to inform design decisions.
- Translate user journeys into wireframes, prototypes, and detailed design specifications that guide development.
- Create and maintain design systems, patterns, and reusable components for a consistent user experience across the product suite.
- Advocate for accessibility, usability, and inclusive design standards across all touchpoints.
- Partner with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation and design integrity.
- Iterate quickly and intelligently based on user feedback, analytics, and technical constraints.
- Collaborate with Marketing to ensure brand standards are thoughtfully and consistently implemented across the product experience.
As a UX Designer, You Need…
- 4-6 years of experience in UX or Product Design, specifically digital/web/mobile experiences.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design processes and solutions across platforms.
- Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Working knowledge of user research methodologies and accessibility standards.
- Solid understanding of UX principles, design systems, and responsive design.
- Ability to balance creativity with practicality and communicate design rationale.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams
