UX Designer

As a UX Developer focused on working with Figma, you play a crucial role in bridging the gap between user experience design and front-end development. Your main responsibility is to create intuitive, user-friendly digital interfaces through effective collaboration with designers, developers, and stakeholders. Here is a detailed breakdown of your job profile: Responsibilities UI/UX Design Collaboration: - Translate design ideas and wireframes from Figma into interactive and responsive user interfaces. - Collaborate with UX/UI designers to comprehend and refine design requirements. - Provide feedback on design feasibility and suggest alternatives when necessary. Prototyping: - Develop interactive prototypes in Figma to simulate user flows and interactions using atomic design principles. - Optimize prototypes for usability testing and collect insights to iterate on designs. Front-End Development: - Transform Figma designs into clean, efficient, and accessible front-end code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.). - Ensure pixel-perfect implementation that matches the design specifications. Design Systems & Style Guides: - Establish and maintain design systems, component libraries, and style guides in partnership with the design team. - Ensure consistency in design and development across various projects. User-Centric Approach: - Conduct usability testing and collect feedback to enhance interfaces. - Continuously optimize interfaces for usability, accessibility, and performance. Tool Proficiency: - Utilize Figma features like auto-layouts, variants, and component libraries to streamline the design-to-development workflow. - Employ plugins and integrations to extend Figma's capabilities for development purposes. Collaboration & Communication: - Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align on project goals and timelines. - Clearly communicate technical constraints or opportunities to non-technical stakeholders. Performance Optimization: - Guarantee that developed interfaces are optimized for performance, responsiveness, and accessibility standards. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or related field (or equivalent experience). Skills Required Technical Skills: - Proficiency in Figma for design, prototyping, and collaboration. - Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience with front-end frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular (optional but advantageous). - Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles. - Familiarity with web accessibility standards (WCAG). Design Skills: - Knowledge of UX/UI principles and best practices. - Ability to interpret and implement wireframes, mock-ups, and style guides.
