UX Designer

Role & responsibilities

• Lead UX design across lending, collections, and GL platformsboth web and

mobile.

• Develop and manage a scalable design system using Figma.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders

to deliver effective design solutions.

• Conduct research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
• Translate complex business requirements into clean, usable, and scalable designs.
• Champion user-centric thinking across the organization.
• Mentor and guide junior designers as the team grows.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of UX/UI design experience, ideally in fintech, banking, or enterprise

SaaS.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating deep experience with enterprise product design.
• Mastery of Figma, including advanced component creation and design system

management.

• Strong understanding of responsive design, interaction design, and accessibility.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working full-time from the Chennai office, 5 days a week.
