Job Description: 

:

UX Design using Figma

Mandatory skills:

• Define and develop 

  user personas, user journeys, and user flows

   to deeply understand user needs and behaviours.
• Create high-fidelity 

  user interface designs

   and 

  clickable prototypes

   using industry-standard tools like 

  Figma

   and 

  Adobe XD

   to communicate design intent.
• Lead and participate in 

  user research

   activities and 

  usability testing

  , applying insights to iterate and refine designs.
• Manage requirements gathering to ensure UX design solutions align strongly with client and business goals.
• Demonstrate end-to-end knowledge and ownership of the 

  User Experience design process

  , from discovery and research through to design delivery and validation.
• Engage effectively in 

  client interaction

   and 

  stakeholder management

  , presenting design ideas clearly and incorporating feedback constructively.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure successful implementation of design solutions.
• Maintain proficiency in leading UX design tools and stay updated on emerging design trends and best practices.
