Genpact is seeking a creative, thoughtful, and customer-obsessed user experience designer to help us design real-life usability concepts that actually create value for business and customers.
Your primary focus will be to create elegant and customer-focused designs that provide a superior product experience working in close collaboration with business, product, technology, and design teams. You will get the opportunity to own comprehensive end-to-end experiences, work across Genpact product and services and infrastructure yet provide locally relevant presentations of expansive content and functionality across a manifold of product lines, client devices, and locales.
• Factor stakeholder and user considerations in designs.
• Batchelor Degree in any stream with relevant experience
• Experience in product design & Consulting experience with Enterprise (SaaS) and Consumer Product Design in
across Health Care and Life Sciences vertical
• Very good In Design, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop etc • Ability to use the Wireframing tools, like, Balasamiq, Mindmap • Proficient to use new Gen design softwares such as Adobe XD, Sketch etc. • Hands on experience working with Powerpoint presentation to edit or design slides • Basic understanding of using Dreamweaver, Notepad++ edit the HTML, CSS, Javascript
