UX Designer

You will conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and competitor analysis to derive valuable design insights. Additionally, you will be involved in creating information architecture, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes of varying fidelity levels. Participating in design workshops, stakeholder discussions, and client presentations will also be part of your role, along with validating designs through usability testing and incorporating feedback. To excel in this role, you should ideally have at least 2 years of UX design experience, including internships or freelance projects. Your portfolio should showcase your design thinking process rather than just final visuals. Basic knowledge of user research methods, familiarity with design tools like Figma, and excellent communication skills are essential. You should possess a keen eye for detail, a problem-solving attitude, and a strong desire to collaborate and grow within a dynamic design team.
