UX Designer

Job Title: UX Designer

Experience: 2 to 4 Years

Location: Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing
• Translate research findings into sitemaps, wireframes, and prototypes
• Design and iterate user flows, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure implementation matches design intent
• Advocate for the user while balancing business goals
• Analyze user behavior and use data to inform design decisions
• Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience as a UX Designer
• Proficiency with design tools of Figma, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹420,755.10 - ₹1,824,370.02 per year
