Location: Chennai, India Type: Full-time About the Role We’re looking for a UI Developer who lives and breathes design and user experience, someone who obsesses over pixel-perfect interfaces, elegant transitions, and building web experiences that feel intuitive, seamless, and modern. If your passion lies in crafting beautiful interfaces and pushing the limits of what the front-end can do rather than becoming a full-stack generalist, this role is designed for you. What You’ll Do Own the UI development of our web application and marketing website. Implement and maintain design systems and reusable component libraries. Translate designs from Figma (or other design tools) into production-ready HTML, SCSS, and Tailwind. Build responsive designs that work well on all devices and screen sizes. Work closely with designers, product managers, and back-end engineers to bring features to life. Stay up to date with the latest in front-end trends, frameworks, and design tools. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize for performance and accessibility. Contribute to product thinking from a visual and usability perspective. What We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience in UI development with a strong portfolio or live projects. Expert-level knowledge of CSS, SCSS and Tailwind. Decent understanding of Javascript and React Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, layouting, accessibility, and animations. Experience working with Figma or similar design tools and collaborating directly with designers. Hands-on experience building rich, interactive web applications or polished marketing websites. Ability to write clean, maintainable code with attention to performance and scalability. Comfort with basic back-end concepts (e.g., API integration, server-side rendering), but backend expertise is not required. Bonus Points Experience with CSS-in-JS libraries (e.g., styled-components). Familiarity with JAMstack, headless CMSs, or animation libraries (Framer Motion, GSAP). Contributions to open-source or side projects that showcase your creativity. What We’re Not Looking For Someone looking to become a full-stack developer. Backend-heavy engineers with limited interest in design or front-end craftsmanship. Why Join Us?
