Job Summary

UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities

Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and implement innovative UI/UX solutions.
Design intuitive user interfaces and create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma.
Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to validate design decisions.
Translate business and technical requirements into visually appealing and user-centric designs.
Ensure design consistency by adhering to brand guidelines, design systems, and platform-specific standards (Material Design, Human Interface Guidelines).
Build and maintain design systems, reusable components, and libraries in Figma for scalability and consistency.
Continuously improve the mobile app experience based on user feedback and analytics.
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices in mobile design.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in mobile application development.
Strong portfolio showcasing mobile app design projects (iOS and Android) created in Figma.
Proficiency in Figma (auto-layouts, interactive components, prototyping, collaboration features) and familiarity with other design tools (Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.).
Good understanding of user-centered design principles and mobile usability best practices.
Familiarity with responsive and adaptive design principles.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile development environment.

Preferred Skills

2 to 3 years of Experience (e.g., Figma’s interactive prototyping, etc).
Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, React Native, Flutter basics) to collaborate effectively with developers.
Experience in creating and maintaining advanced design systems in Figma.
Understanding of accessibility standards in mobile design.
