User Experience Designer

Position: User Experience Designer Location: Chennai Experience Level: 5+ years Employment Type: Full-time Shift Time : 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST (Flexibility required for key afternoon meetings) Mode of Work : Hybrid (Mondays, Tuesday, Wednesdays and Friday) About the Role: We are seeking a User Experience Designer with a strong background in crafting meaningful, end-to-end experiences. If you're a systems thinker who connects the dots between people, processes, insights, and platforms to deliver seamless, scalable services—this role is for you. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate as a Service Designer or UX Designer to develop human-centered experiences across the full user journey. Lead journey mapping, service blueprinting, rapid prototyping , and iterative design processes. Anticipate change through effective planning and forecasting , aligning design efforts with organizational goals. Track benefits and ensure value realization for users and stakeholders. Facilitate workshops and collaborative sessions to align diverse stakeholders. Desired Skills: Strong collaboration and facilitation abilities. High level of data literacy to support design decisions. Exposure to content strategy , project management , and process mapping . Proficiency in visual design and ability to bring ideas to life through compelling visuals. Familiarity with platforms like Workday and ServiceNow is a plus. Experience with survey tools such as Glint or Qualtrics is an added advantage.
