User Experience Designer

As a talented and creative UI/UX Designer, your role involves delivering exceptional user experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and designers to create intuitive, engaging, and beautiful interfaces. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct user research and competitor analysis to guide design decisions. - Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps. - Design UI elements like input controls, navigation components, and informational elements. - Develop prototypes and interactive mockups for effective design communication. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for high-quality design implementation. - Perform usability testing and gather feedback for iterative design improvements. - Maintain visual consistency and establish design guidelines and best practices. - Keep updated with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience. - Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role. - Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design skills and process. - Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, etc. - Understanding of responsive design and cross-platform compatibility. - Strong problem-solving and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. - Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in Agile/Scrum development processes. - Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices. - Familiarity with user analytics and A/B testing tools. - Exposure to front-end frameworks like React, Angular, etc. is advantageous.,
