User Experience Designer

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic product team. The role will be required to develop and conceptualize a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for BizAcuity’s Analytics product, which provides business insights in the form of Predictive and Visual analytics. This includes producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes for the overall platform as well as for dashboards within the visual analytics module. It also relates to designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for the user journeys and other digital assets like high quality visual and graphic images.

Key accountabilities

● Capture business requirements and develop UI/UX Strategy for the product

● Identify and select appropriate design themes

● Produce wireframes and mock-ups

● Work in close coordination with the product team to understand different visual analytics dashboard requirements and create a user intuitive design for the same

● Provide insight to best practices and latest trends on design solutions

● Run workshops to review and iterate designs with key stakeholder groups

● Liaise with the Front End Developers to convert the designs into functional outputs Education, experience, knowledge and skills

Educated to degree level or equivalent experience that demonstrates ability

● 5+ years experience working as a UI/UX Designer

● Proficiency with designer related tooling such as AdobeXD, Figma, Canva ● Animation & Video editing.

● A proven track record working on projects providing business insights/analytics using data

● Good communication skills and the capability to present design solutions in a concise and accurate way to multiple stakeholders

● Flexible approach to work and highly organized working practices

● Ability to develop and maintain strong and effective working relationships

● Dashboards and Data Visualizations.

● Basic understanding of the gaming industry is a plus

● Awareness and proficiency in agile methodologies is a plus
