User Experience Designer

We are looking for a talented and experienced user-experience (UX) designer to join our team at TLC DigiTech Pvt. Ltd. As a UX designer, you will play a crucial role in understanding our business requirements and technical limitations. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research, interviews, and surveys to translate them into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. You will be expected to design the functionality of our digital products and iterate on them based on user-testing to ensure a great user experience. Your role will involve translating concepts into intuitive user experiences through wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. Additionally, you will work closely with clients to understand their product vision and deliver design solutions for digital products. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 4 years of UX design experience and a strong background in designing complex solutions for digital environments. Proficiency in UX software such as Sketch and Photoshop is required, along with expertise in user-centered design, mobile-first design, and responsive design principles. You should be passionate about UX design, innovation, and stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. The ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders is essential for this position.
