Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhubaneswar for a Used-Vehicle Loan Manager. The individual in this role will oversee the end-to-end loan process related to used vehicles, including customer interactions, loan approvals, risk analysis, and relationship management. Key responsibilities also include identifying potential clients, collaborating with financial institutions, ensuring compliance with lending policies, and achieving loan disbursement targets. This role also requires regular reporting, monitoring portfolio performance, and providing exceptional customer support.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of used-vehicle loans, financial products, and lending processes
• Outstanding customer relationship management and client engagement skills
• Experience in sales and achieving targets in a financial services environment
• Skilled in financial analysis, risk assessment, and compliance practices
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in fintech or financial services industry preferred
• Proficiency in relevant financial tools, loan management systems, and MS Office
• Familiarity with the local automotive market and finance trends in Bhubaneswar is a plus
