Job Summary

• We are looking for an experienced Recruiter with strong knowledge of the manufacturing industry to support high-volume hiring for blue-collar roles across the United States. This role is with a US-based staffing agency and focuses on sourcing, screening, and placing skilled and semi-skilled workers in manufacturing and industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities

·       Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and manufacturing roles across the US

·       Source candidates using Monster.com, Indeed.com, Craigslist, and LinkedIn

·       Build and maintain a strong pipeline of manufacturing and industrial talent

·       Screen candidates for skills, experience, availability, and compliance requirements

·       Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding with clients and internal teams

·       Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and ensure timely follow-ups

·       Understand client workforce needs and deliver timely, quality hires

Required Qualifications

·       Proven experience recruiting for manufacturing or industrial roles

·       Strong understanding of blue-collar hiring in the US market

·       Hands-on experience using Monster.com, Indeed.com, Craigslist, and LinkedIn for sourcing

·       Experience working with a staffing or recruitment agency

·       Excellent communication and candidate engagement skills

·       Ability to manage high-volume hiring with tight timelines

Preferred Qualifications

·       Experience recruiting hourly, contract, and temp-to-hire roles

·       Familiarity with US labor laws and compliance basics

·       Strong organizational and multitasking skills
