About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented US IT Recruiter to join our growing team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing the full recruitment cycle for the US market, focusing on sourcing, screening, and onboarding top IT professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end US recruitment — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

• Work on various tax terms including Corp-to-Corp (C2C), W2, and 1099.

• Source candidates through leading job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, and professional networking platforms.

• Negotiate salaries, rates, and terms with consultants and clients.

• Ensure compliance with US work authorizations (H1B, GC, Citizen, OPT, CPT, EAD).

• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and consultants.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 1–3 years in US IT recruitment.

• Education: Any graduate degree.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills.

• Strong knowledge of US Tax Terms (C2C, W2, 1099).

• Proven ability in sourcing, screening, and negotiation.

• Must be able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
