Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Process end-to-end payroll for multiple international regions in compliance with local laws and regulations.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external payroll vendors to ensure accurate employee data and payroll inputs.
Review and validate salary changes, allowances, deductions, bonuses, and other compensation elements.
Ensure accurate calculation and timely disbursement of salaries, taxes, and statutory contributions.
Maintain payroll records and generate reports for audits, compliance, and management reviews.
Resolve payroll-related queries from employees in a professional and timely manner.
Stay updated on international payroll regulations, statutory changes, and compliance requirements.
Support month-end and year-end payroll closing activities, including reconciliations.
Coordinate with finance teams for posting payroll entries and ensuring accurate accounting.
Assist in continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance payroll accuracy and efficiency.
