Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

  • Process end-to-end payroll for multiple international regions in compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external payroll vendors to ensure accurate employee data and payroll inputs.
  • Review and validate salary changes, allowances, deductions, bonuses, and other compensation elements.
  • Ensure accurate calculation and timely disbursement of salaries, taxes, and statutory contributions.
  • Maintain payroll records and generate reports for audits, compliance, and management reviews.
  • Resolve payroll-related queries from employees in a professional and timely manner.
  • Stay updated on international payroll regulations, statutory changes, and compliance requirements.
  • Support month-end and year-end payroll closing activities, including reconciliations.
  • Coordinate with finance teams for posting payroll entries and ensuring accurate accounting.
  • Assist in continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance payroll accuracy and efficiency.
