Job Description

As a qualified candidate for this position, you will be responsible for managing confidential data with integrity. You will be expected to administer employee deductions, including benefits, garnishments, 401(k), and taxes. Additionally, you will assist with year-end processes such as W-2, W-3, and other IRS filings. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. It is preferred that you have a strong knowledge of federal and state wage and hour laws. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information are essential. Moreover, strong Excel skills and general accounting knowledge would be advantageous. Preferred skills for this position include experience with audits or internal controls.,
