Talent onboarding Solutions is responsible for supporting Randstads talent screening program, which includes background & drug screening, field inquiries, internal auditing, and escalation as needed. The position reports to Team Lead and the Randstad Onshore Manager as per business needs. Onboarding Solutions and will interact with all levels of the field and corporate organization leverages/consults resources when making decisions, leveraging resources such as legal, and will escalate concerns to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, contractual obligations, and internal policies and procedures

For third party vendor and Independent Contractors,, review Randstad and Client specific requirements are compliant and meet classification guidelines from insurance, tax and legal standpoint.

  • Elevate onshore Screening Analyst role to drive compliance initiatives, manage field accountability for FCRA actions, develop solutions to mitigate risk, expand coverage of all contract client adjudications, and misdemeanor reviews.
  • Reduce Risk Exposure: Each week, the scorecard provides data on non-compliant issues. The Screening Analyst is not currently following up on those issues to ensure completion, field education, or corrective action. Legal costs to address EEOC and FCRA claims over the last 5 years are nearly $500K, but the potential of any single claim can be millions.
  • Expand Adjudication Coverage: Of 239 InfoMart Client Packages, only 49% are reviewed at the FSC on behalf of the client criteria. Of the 51% reviewed in the field, we are only receiving limited requests for FCRA action and have zero visibility into the outcomes of field adjudication to ensure the law is being followed. The proposed expansion to 100% of contract customer reviews will close the gap on the field’s non-compliance.
  • Field accountability for FCRA: Currently, we only track the Adverse Action issued on Needs Approval backgrounds from InfoMart. Expanding to Misdemeanor reviews.

Education & Qualifications (Required and Preferred):

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 4-6years of experience in HR, compliance, screening and or other related experience
  • Highly proficient in use of Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of Randstad operations and systems is an asset
  • Excel, Query and Reporting
