Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute the full onboarding process for final selected candidates in accordance with US healthcare compliance standards.
  • Collect, review, and validate pre-employment documents including applications, credentials, licenses, references, consent forms, and disclosure documentation.
  • Verify healthcare-specific documentation including certifications, professional licensure, and primary source verification (PSV).
  • Schedule and coordinate new hire medical evaluations, drug screenings, and other pre-employment health checks through EHS or authorized vendors.
  • Liaise with third-party background verification providers to monitor background check progress, resolve delays, and ensure timely clearance.
  • Communicate proactively with new hires, recruiters, and hiring managers regarding onboarding status and expected timelines.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate onboarding activities in accordance with company and healthcare compliance policies (e.g., HIPAA, Joint Commission, CMS).
  • Partner with US teams to verify clearance and compliance for hires.
  • Drive continuous improvement of onboarding practices to enhance candidate experience and compliance efficiency.
  • Perform other HR onboarding duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in onboarding processes, especially in the US healthcare industry.
  • Knowledge of background checks, drug tests, and medical clearances.
  • Understanding of healthcare compliance rules.
  • Ability to review and verify documents like licenses, certificates, and forms
  • Good communication skills written and verbal.
  • Able to handle confidential information with care
  • Works well with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR teams.

Education & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, or related field.
  • 2+ years of onboarding experience, with at least 1 year in the US healthcare onboarding is preferred.
