Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced US Junior HR Specialist to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in the field of Human Resources.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
Coordinate onboarding and training programs for new hires.
Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related matters.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
Proven experience in recruitment, client management, and employee relations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Office and other HR software applications.
Experience working in night shifts is preferred.
