Job Summary

Team Manager

Key Responsibilities

Team Management & Leadership

• Manage, mentor, and guide a team of US IT Recruiters.
  
• Set daily/weekly/monthly targets and ensure consistent team performance.
  
• Conduct performance reviews, training sessions, and skill-enhancement activities.
  
• Build a positive and accountable work culture.
  

Recruitment Delivery

• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for US IT requirements.
  
• Review and submit quality profiles for direct clients, MSPs, and implementation partners.
  
• Ensure timely pipeline creation, submission, interview coordination, and closures.
  
• Maintain high levels of quality, speed, and compliance.
  

Business & Operations Execution

• Ensure smooth daily operations aligned with US shift timings.
  
• Coordinate with US Account Managers and Sales counterparts for requirement priorities.
  
• Track KPIs such as submittals, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
  
• Implement recruitment strategies to improve productivity and hiring success rates.
  

Process & Compliance

• Maintain ATS discipline, reporting, and recruiting documentation.
  
• Ensure adherence to US compliance: W2, C2C, C2H, onboarding, and HR policies.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 4

  years of experience

  in US IT Staffing (Recruiter / Sr. Recruiter / Lead / Team Lead).
• Minimum 3+

  years of experience

  leading or mentoring a team (preferred).
• Strong understanding of the US job market, tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C), and visa classifications (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT).
  
• Proven experience with job boards: Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
  
• Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal).
  
• Ability to handle pressure, motivate teams, and deliver consistent results.
  
• Should be comfortable working in
