Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment for contract, C2H, and full-time positions. Source candidates using Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and internal databases. Screen candidates for technical, communication, and cultural fit. Submit qualified profiles to Account Managers and clients. Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Maintain daily submission targets and ensure quality hiring. Work closely with the internal delivery team and US counterparts. Maintain ATS discipline and daily activity reports. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in US IT Staffing. Strong sourcing skills using job boards and social platforms. Good understanding of US hiring terms: W2, C2C, 1099, C2H . Familiarity with visa types: H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, etc. Excellent communication skills (spoken & written). Set daily/weekly/monthly targets and ensure consistent team performance. Conduct performance reviews, training sessions, and skill-enhancement activities. Build a positive and accountable work culture. Recruitment Delivery Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for US IT requirements. Review and submit quality profiles for direct clients, MSPs, and implementation partners. Ensure timely pipeline creation, submission, interview coordination, and closures. Maintain high levels of quality, speed, and compliance. Business & Operations Execution Ensure smooth daily operations aligned with US shift timings. Coordinate with US Account Managers and Sales counterparts for requirement priorities. Track KPIs such as submittals, interviews, offers, and onboarding. Implement recruitment strategies to improve productivity and hiring success rates. Process & Compliance Maintain ATS discipline, reporting, and recruiting documentation. Ensure adherence to US compliance: W2, C2C, C2H, onboarding, and HR policies. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 4 years of experience in US IT Staffing (Recruiter / Sr. Recruiter / Lead / Team Lead). Minimum 3+ years of experience leading or mentoring a team (preferred). Strong understanding of the US job market, tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C), and visa classifications (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT). Proven experience with job boards: Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc. Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal). Ability to handle pressure, motivate teams, and deliver consistent results. Should be comfortable working in US night shift .
