We are looking for a dynamic US IT Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for our US clients. This role demands expertise in sourcing niche IT talent, screening, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and ensuring timely closures in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Talent Sourcing: Source candidates through job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, networking, and referrals. Perform Boolean searches and market mapping for niche IT skills. Screening & Shortlisting: Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate skills, experience, and fitment for the role. Validate work authorization, experience, and communication skills. Recruitment Lifecycle Management: Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to offer negotiation. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Stakeholder Management: Maintain close communication with account managers and delivery leads for requirement updates. Compliance: Ensure documentation and background verification as per client requirements. Reporting: Maintain trackers and generate daily/weekly reports on submissions and closures. Required Skills & Qualifications 1+ years of hands-on experience in US IT recruitment . Strong understanding of US tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C) and work authorizations (H1B, GC, US Citizen). Familiarity with time zones and working in night shifts (EST/CST/PST) . Excellent skills in Boolean search, sourcing strategies, and candidate engagement . Proficiency in MS Office, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job portals. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
