Account Manager

Client relationship and account management

• Serve as the main point of contact:

   Act as the primary liaison for all client communication, needs, and concerns.

• Build strong relationships:

   Develop and maintain long-lasting, trust-based relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

• Provide client support:

   Address client requests, resolve issues, and handle escalations to ensure a positive experience.

• Negotiate contracts:

   Negotiate terms and close agreements to maximize profits and meet client objectives.

• Conduct account reviews:

   Prepare and present regular reports on account status and performance to clients and internal management. 

Recruitment coordination and delivery

• Understand client needs:

   Communicate with clients to clearly understand their specific recruitment requirements and timelines.

• Coordinate with internal teams:

   Liaise with internal recruitment teams (e.g., recruiters, sourcing specialists) to ensure timely and successful delivery of quality candidates.

• Ensure project delivery:

   Monitor the delivery of recruitment services to ensure they meet client objectives and expectations. 

Strategy and growth

• Develop account plans:

   Create and implement strategic account plans to drive business growth.

• Identify new opportunities:

   Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts, such as upselling or cross-selling services.

• Analyze performance:

   Track key account metrics, analyze data, and use insights to forecast performance and adjust strategies.

• Stay informed:

   Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients.
