Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the US recruitment process to meet hiring targets and requirements.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies for various technical positions.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with US labor laws, visa classifications, and hiring models.
  • Conduct regular training, performance reviews, and mentoring sessions
  • Provide weekly/monthly metrics on submissions, interviews, offers, and closures.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve hiring processes and candidate experience.
Required Skills:
  • 5+ years of experience in US IT staffing, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of US recruitment practices, job portals, and work authorizations and compliances
  • Proven track record in team management and client delivery.
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms, recruitment CRMs, and reporting dashboards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
