US IT Recruiter(Night Shift)

Job Description

Role & responsibilities Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, create job postings, and identify the most effective recruitment channels. Utilize various recruitment platforms, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks, to source and attract qualified candidates. Evaluate candidate applications, resumes, and other materials, and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability and qualifications. Coordinate and facilitate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, offering guidance and support throughout the recruitment process. Work with the onboarding team to ensure new hires receive a seamless and comprehensive orientation and onboarding experience. Analyze recruitment metrics and data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for process optimization. Preferred candidate profile 4-8 years of experience in technical recruitment, specifically working on IT requirements. Experience sourcing candidates through multiple channels including internet sourcing, job boards, referrals, and networking. Strong understanding of technical requirements. Knowledge of social media recruitment strategies and best practices Familiarity with emerging trends on primary social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram Self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team including a strong desire to learn and advance in a fast-paced technology-oriented environment. Be capable of using good judgment and discretion to accomplish goals and work requirements. Possess strong written and oral communication skills in English, including a commitment to timely and relevant communication with applicants and account managers.
