We have a strong presence in the US, UK, Canada, China, Chile, and Mexico and have multiple offices across India, including Hyderabad, Gurugram, Delhi, Noida, Pune, and Bangalore Job Title: Support Engineer Location: Hyderabad/Pune/Gurgaon Experience: 4 - 8 Years Notice Period : Immediate to 15 Days Skills: ITIL/ITSM, .net, Typescript, Dynatrace, Datadog, Splunk, Incident Management. Triage Role and Responsibilities : Provide technical support for applications developed in .Net and Typescript. Ensure adherence to ITIL/ITSM processes for incident, problem, and change management. Utilize Dynatrace, Datadog, and other APM tools to monitor and optimize application performance. Use Splunk for log analysis and monitoring to identify and resolve issues. Execute ad hoc jobs as required to support application functionality. Perform initial triage of issues and resolve them based on runbooks. Manage incidents, ensuring timely resolution and communication with stakeholders. Coordinate the triage of priority issues, ensuring they are addressed promptly. Maintain and update the knowledge base with solutions and best practices. Conduct periodic maintenance activities such as health checks, running batch jobs, and generating reports. Suggest and implement new dashboards and alerts to improve monitoring and response times. Required Skills : 4+ Years of Application support experience, having thorough knowledge on ITIL/ITSM process. Proficiency in .Net and Typescript. Experience with APM tools like Dynatrace and Datadog. Familiarity with Splunk for log analysis and monitoring. Strong understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize issues effectively. Experience in a similar application support role. Knowledge of additional monitoring tools and technologies.
