8+ Years of experience, having thorough knowledge on ITIL/ITSM process Should be hands on APM tools existing in market like Datadog Should have expertise in Splunk Should be able to integrate APM tools with third parties like Outlook, Teams chat etc Design and implement alerting mechanism leveraging tools for monitoring, alerting and • logging to detect potential issues Should be able to define KPIs Reduce noise on alerts Periodic reviews to increase observability coverage across applications Periodic review of metrics and derive anomalies Periodic updates to dashboards as required Minimum 5 years of experience with Datadog APM tools. Should have expertise in Splunk Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize issues effectively. Experience in a similar application support role. Knowledge of additional monitoring tools and technologies.
