Job Title: Senior Recruiter (Night Shift)

Location: Hyderabad (Onsite)

Work Hours: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST

Job Summary:

Zion Cloud Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and technically sound Senior Recruiter to support our State Government clients in the U.S. and internal delivery teams . This is an onsite role based in Hyderabad , working the night shift to align with U.S. business hours. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of quickly sourcing and closing technical roles, a strong understanding of IT requirements, and a go-getter attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment for state government projects and internal IT requirements.

Source, screen, and qualify candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, and internal databases. Candidates should have experience working with Calpers and State of Missouri

Work closely with account managers to understand open requirements and prioritize accordingly.

Ensure quick turnaround times and maintain high submission quality.

Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews.

Maintain ATS and recruitment trackers regularly.

Build strong candidate pipelines for recurring technical roles.

Be proactive in identifying and engaging passive candidates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in IT recruiting, preferably with exposure to U.S. state government projects.

Strong understanding of technical job roles, terminologies, and hiring practices.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple positions simultaneously.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to meeting tight deadlines.

Experience using ATS tools and sourcing platforms like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.
