🎯 Key Responsibilities

• 🔍 Source candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and Boolean search techniques

• 📞 Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate fit, availability, and interest

• 📅 Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring smooth communication

• 📝 Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System)

• 🤝 Build and nurture relationships with candidates to ensure long-term engagement

• 🌐 Work closely with account managers to understand client requirements and deliver quality profiles

• ⏰ Manage time zones and availability to align with US business hours

• 📈 Meet daily/weekly targets for submissions, interviews, and placements

🧠 What We’re Looking For

• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities

• Willingness to work US shifts (night shift preferred)

• Familiarity with recruitment tools like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn

• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment

• For freshers: Enthusiasm to learn and grow in the recruitment domain

• For experienced: Proven track record in US IT staffing preferred
