Salary Range: ₹12,000 to ₹25,000 (Based on Experience)

Job Summary:

Benda Infotech is looking for experienced and result-driven US IT Recruiters with a strong background in the US staffing industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing technical profiles, understanding of various US work visas, and the ability to work effectively during US business hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for IT roles for US-based clients.
• Source, screen, and shortlist technical candidates through job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Tech Fetch), LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals.
• Evaluate candidates’ technical skills, work authorization (USC, GC, H1B, H4-EAD, L2-EAD, etc.), availability, and salary expectations.
• Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with clients.
• Negotiate pay rates and close positions within defined timelines.
• Maintain accurate documentation and candidate pipelines using ATS.
• Build and maintain a strong network of IT consultants and vendors.

Requirements:

• 2 to 5 years of proven experience in US IT recruitment.
• Strong understanding of technical profiles, technologies, and terminologies.
• In-depth knowledge of US visa classifications and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Must be comfortable with night shift (8 PM – 5 AM IST).
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
