US IT recruiter

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced IT Recruiter to join our team and support our US staffing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Source, screen, and shortlist qualified IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions in the US market.

Utilize job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) and networking platforms to find talent.

Conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Coordinate with clients and account managers to understand job requirements and deliver suitable candidates.

Negotiate salary/rate terms with candidates and close offers effectively.

Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and database for future hiring needs.

Ensure timely follow-ups and updates to both candidates and clients.

Requirements

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in US IT staffing/recruitment.

Strong understanding of US work authorizations (US Citizen, GC, H1B, OPT, CPT, etc.).

Excellent sourcing skills using job boards, social media, and referrals.

Strong communication and negotiation skills in English.

Ability to work US shift hours (EST/PST).

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.

Shift Timing.

Night Shift (aligned to US time zones) – 4:00 PM-1:00 AM
