Partner with hiring managers and sales leaders to understand hiring needs. Source passive and active candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and outbound outreach. Own full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing candidates. Maintain and update ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or Workable). Create compelling outreach messages and job postings. Track key recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill and pipeline conversion. Represent the company with professionalism and energy in all candidate interactions. Requirements 2+ years of experience in sales recruiting or full-cycle recruiting with a focus on GTM roles. Strong understanding of sales roles (SDR, AE, CSM, Sales Ops, etc.). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Experience using sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, or SeekOut. Data-driven mindset with the ability to work in a high-volume environment. Experience recruiting in SaaS, B2B, or high-growth startups.
Key Responsibilities: Source OPT/H1B/GC candidates from job portals (Dice, Indeed, LinkedIn, Handshake), university databases, and internal ATS Build and maintain relationships with recent international graduates on F1 visas Understand candidate backgrounds in software engineering, data science, cloud, QA, DevOps, etc. Screen and assess candidate skills, communication, and job readiness Coordinate with clients and hiring managers to match talent with job requirements Provide guidance to candidates on resumes, interview prep, and job search strategy Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines and interactions Stay updated with USCIS and immigration policy changes affecting OPT candidates Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Business, HR, or STEM background preferred) Strong interest or experience in tech recruiting or career services Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, or other sourcing tools is a plus Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
